Aim
The cultural values of Karaduvar District were revealed and new cultural values were gained;
To create a safe, healthy, aesthetic dynamic living space.
Strategies
-Continuing neighborhood and street culture
-Creating social facilities and recreation areas to ensure active use of the city -Ensuring the opportunity for many different sports by developing existing sports activities in the region.
-Making the user more active in the region by increasing the number of organizations such as entrepreneurship training courses and cooperatives in the region.
-Making port arrangements and supporting fishermen and developing coastal fishing
-By eliminating the disconnection from the city and making it a more integrated neighborhood with the city
-Increasing the user's contact with the sea by creating a more integrated coast with the neighborhood by arranging the coastline
-Creating certain regions, such as market areas, to sell the products produced in the region
-Increasing the use of sustainable and renewable energy to make the region a self-sufficient place
